The pre-painted aluminum sheet coil finish offers great durability for indoor and outdoor exposure. Finishes offer an abrasive coating while maintaining the capability for fabricating.

When manufacturing the painted aluminum, both sides of the material are cleaned and treated with an assortment of solutions. The material is then given a primer coat and baked in large ovens. Both sides are given a finish coat and again baked in the ovens. The material is thoroughly inspected for any defects and then shipped out to us, ready to be formed with our onsite seamless rain gutter machines.

These sheets can be punched, guillotined and bent using standard machinery to provide a finished product. All sheets have a UV resistant film with directional arrows applied to the

painted surface to protect the finish during fabrication and installation.
